Immanuëlkerk (Restored Reformed Church), Oldebroek
The Immanuel Church was taken into use in 2012 and is located in a former monumental farm from 1918. The church hall can accommodate up to 300 parishioners. The hope is that the church will grow in the future and therefore it was decided that the church hall should not be too drastically rebuilt, so that it could also be used for other purposes. The commission for Mixtuur Orgels was to build an organ that would stand above the pulpit, centrally, at the front of the church hall. The main challenges here were the limited space and the acoustics. Mixtuur Orgels designed an organ with a pipe front in a contemporary style that fits nicely above the pulpit. As far as the disposition is concerned, an organ was chosen with two manuals and free pedal with a disposition in modern style.
