In 2018 it will be 100 years ago that Leonard Bernstein was born. Therefore the Nederlands Kamerkoor and conductor Peter Dijkstra will tour the Netherlands from the 12th till the 20th of may with a program dedicated to the 100 year anniversary of Bernstein.
The Nederlands Kamerkoor will tour together with Countertenor Maarten Engeltjes and Harpist Lavinia Meijer. Matthias Havinga will accompany the Nederlands Kamerkoor on a Mixtuur organ, the famous “Witte Orgel”.
The Witte orgel is a Fortissimo 372 and owned by Orgelhuis Delobelle from Kortrijk (Belgium). It has been designed and built to serve as an organ for Concerthalls and Concertstages where no organ is available.
